Our patented and developed navigable medical instrumentation system for superior capsular reconstruction shoulder pathologies is the first ever method for performing this technique with surgical planning and an MRI scan as the sole diagnostic test. We are able to access a reconstruction of the pathology on the navigator with virtual reality and augmented reality in addition to phantoms of the humerus with a reconstruction of the joint fluid and the graft that will be implanted.

It can be used to place hooks in their planned position, measure suture tightness, assess correct humerus position and, above all, access a presentation system that faciltates graft insertion. In addition, there is a model for cutting and screwing grafts in just a few seconds without the need for intrasurgical calculations. The result is an absence of surprise elements of any kind.
